Installation & Retrofits
Right-sizing with load checks, curb adapters fitted to existing curbs, and a documented rigging plan. Gas piping, electrical, and controls are brought to code and neatly labeled.
Commissioning includes airflow/ΔT validation, economizer setup with proper enthalpy/temp sensors, and alarm points that integrate with your BMS where present.
We hand off as-built diagrams, filter sizes, and PM intervals so operations teams are set up for success.
Repair & Service
Compressors, condenser/evap fans, gas heat sections, economizers, VFDs, sensors, and boards—diagnosed with trend data to find root cause.
We stock common parts to shorten downtime, and we stage multi-unit repairs to keep zones comfortable during service.
Emergency coverage is available for critical facilities with clearly defined response times.
Preventive Maintenance
Coil cleaning, filtration management, belts, electrical checks, economizer testing, and seasonal trending. We align PM frequency with occupancy and criticality so the spend matches the risk.
Reports include photos, readings, and prioritized repairs with estimated impact on energy and reliability.
Over time, trend data lets us recommend targeted retrofits—EC motors, better filtration strategies, or control tweaks—that pay back.
